Marcelinho Abraão made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Dedé Gaspar sent off a good shot on target. Angelino Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Teixeira in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match Karaboudjan got a corner. Reko-Recko 03™'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felippe Monteiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. 20 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Peixoto came free, but Angelino Nueva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelinho Abraão having to interfere. Virgílio Trigo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Marcelinho Abraão when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernandinho Albuquerque in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelino Nueva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Reko-Recko 03™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felippe Monteiro was slow to take the kick. During this time Karaboudjan's players had a chance to rest. In the 31st minute, Yuri Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelino Nueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandinho Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Nueva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernandinho Albuquerque went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 40th minute, Virgílio Trigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelinho Abraão was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Angelino Nueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aírton Oliveira in the 44th minute of the match. Angelino Nueva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernandinho Albuquerque went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Angelino Nueva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aírton Oliveira in the 53rd minute. Mai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Karaboudjan getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Felippe Monteiro hit a great ball. If Dedé Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Virgílio Trigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reko-Recko 03™'s Federico Valverde was substituted for Glauco Breckenfeld. 75 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goal looked a bit too open when Mai came free, but Marcelinho Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Godoi made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Reko-Recko 03™'s Abel de Almeida. Luizão Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio Trigo in the 87th minute of play forced Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Marcelinho Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgílio Trigo in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelinho Abraão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva got control of the ball when Fernandinho Albuquerque tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Karaboudjan's Fernandinho Albuquerque in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reko-Recko 03™'s goalie prevented a goal. Karaboudjan's Felippe Monteiro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angelino Nueva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Reko-Recko 03™ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Karaboudjan's performance. The match ended with a win for Karaboudjan.
