The supporters of Sundborn IF booed when Sport Club Mavericks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandinho Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amadeu Prado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morgan Flinck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Stefan Hellström got a free kick in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jarl Emander during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Sundborn IF got a freekick which was hit by Jarl Emander. Pedro Augusto Marquez, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fritz Lindqvist made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Dito Ferraz sent off a good shot on target. Morgan Flinck scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeu Prado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amadeu Prado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Hellström made a kick off. Amadeu Prado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Morgan Flinck in the 55th minute. Amadeu Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Ahlén in the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Morgan Flinck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sundborn IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Sundborn IF made a substitution. Torbjörn Bjurström replaced Stefan Hellström. Davi Rossi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fritz Lindqvist having to make a save. Alfred Berglund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amadeu Prado came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfred Berglund slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Morgan Flinck made a precise shot to the right of Amadeu Prado. Sport Club Mavericks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Amadeu Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Bjurström in the 78th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Ahlén got free with Amadeu Prado in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute Dráusio Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davi Rossi struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Fritz Lindqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Club Mavericks. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Alfred Berglund got a free kick in the 90th minute. Amadeu Prado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Berglund in the 95th minute. Fernandinho Romero hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Sundborn IF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
