In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wheelwright FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Paz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edgardo Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frantxizko Abancens in the 6th minute of play. Edgardo Paz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osorio Abadia in the 9th minute. Ramon Agurto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Erruki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berdoi Abastas charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berdoi Abastas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Berdoi Abastas hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Edgardo Paz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stephen Abechuco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. After 19 minutes, Roberto Tohias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wheelwright FC and the Valar Morghulis players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Wheelwright FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Tohias to maneuver through the defense. Frantxizko Abancens might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgardo Paz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frantxizko Abancens ran back to his position shaking his head. Candido Quin charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candido Quin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Valar Morghulis booed when Wheelwright FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Quin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Umea made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Valar Morghulis's Mateus Abendano. Stephen Abechuco took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Paz. Edgardo Paz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 44 minutes into the match, Valar Morghulis's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Matia came free, but Ramon Agurto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Wheelwright FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Paz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stephen Abechuco. The supporters of Valar Morghulis booed when Wheelwright FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Tohias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Stephen Abechuco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgardo Paz. Stephen Abechuco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.
After a rather tough play, Wheelwright FC's Federico Matia got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Edgardo Paz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stephen Abechuco's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Stephen Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valar Morghulis's supporters rose to their feet, but Stephen Abechuco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Paz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisito Errolan during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Luisito Errolan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Valar Morghulis got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Abendano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Cordarin in the 63rd minute of play forced Valar Morghulis's goalkeeper Ramon Agurto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Wheelwright FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stephen Abechuco came free, but Edgardo Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Wheelwright FC's Fernan Umea got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stephen Abechuco in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Paz saved Wheelwright FC from getting behind. In the 74thth minute of the game Frantxizko Abancens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wheelwright FC's Edgardo Paz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Stephen Abechuco put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Edgardo Paz. Ramon Agurto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Erruki in the 98th minute of play. Wheelwright FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
