Iaki Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Berto, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Los diablos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Berto came free, but Iaki Solera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Iaki Solera managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Piquete's Jonatan Qwinton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Los diablos FC's Iaki Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Remir in the 13th minute of play. Alejo Remir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raul Corrales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Santo Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vennancio Ilarraz in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santo Rosario saved Piquete from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bartolo Otsoko during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Piquete got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Otsoko. After some careless play in the Piquete defense, Sancho Balmaceda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santo Rosario. The Piquete fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santo Rosario should have stopped the shot. Leon Otsoa hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th match minute, Los diablos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Santervas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Presebal in the 32nd minute of play forced Los diablos FC's goalkeeper Iaki Solera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Gabriel Santervas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los diablos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Santervas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vennancio Ilarraz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Rosario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vennancio Ilarraz in the 39th minute of play forced Piquete's goalkeeper Santo Rosario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bautista Olazagoitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Santo Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vennancio Ilarraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sancho Balmaceda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
Dante Berto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Iaki Solera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 52 played minutes Los diablos FC got a freekick which was hit by Sancho Balmaceda. After 54 played minutes Piquete got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Otsoko. After having played for 55 minutes, Vennancio Ilarraz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los diablos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vennancio Ilarraz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Santo Rosario managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Los diablos FC's Vennancio Ilarraz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vennancio Ilarraz might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Rosario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vennancio Ilarraz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 69 minutes, Raul Corrales mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los diablos FC and the Piquete players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iaki Solera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dante Berto went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Piquete's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Nicolao Ladrero scored to the left of an out of position Santo Rosario, making the score, 1-3. Iaki Solera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Qwinton in the 82nd minute of play. After 84 minutes of play, Piquete's Jonatan Qwinton made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iaki Solera was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Marques Gibaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Los diablos FC's Marz Uranga got a free kick in the 89th minute. Agustin Presebal scored 3-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iaki Solera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th match minute, Los diablos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sancho Balmaceda to maneuver through the defense. After 96 minutes, Jonatan Qwinton made it 4-3 with a short kick to the right side. Los diablos FC's Iaki Solera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Piquete were victorious despite being under pressure from Los diablos FC for much of the match.
