The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Shawn Kissel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Osman Ruşen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hansa Manni's Sascha Schwind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alpertunga Tanaydin in the 12th minute of play. If Philipp Arnim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Philipp Arnim notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sakirpasa's Boğaç Regaip. Boğaç Regaip was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 24 minutes of play, Sakirpasa's Esen Kökten made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sascha Schwind was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 31 minutes, Philipp Arnim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hansa Manni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philipp Arnim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sascha Schwind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esen Kökten in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Rauf Kaplan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Shawn Kissel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boğaç Regaip made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philipp Arnim in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sakirpasa's goalkeeper Boğaç Regaip, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sakirpasa's Mahir Özguven got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alpertunga Tanaydin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sascha Schwind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alpertunga Tanaydin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sascha Schwind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alpertunga Tanaydin in the 53rd minute of the match. Esen Kökten had several of the Hansa Manni's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Sascha Schwind as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Sakirpasa fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Sakirpasa's Esen Kökten looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Boğaç Regaip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shawn Kissel in the 64th minute of the match. Sascha Schwind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alpertunga Tanaydin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes Hansa Manni got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Hasse. Seyfullah Usberk, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Hansa Manni's Philipp Arnim got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Philipp Arnim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boğaç Regaip having to interfere. Rochus Dey might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boğaç Regaip. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rochus Dey ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sakirpasa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
