Toros del Norte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wheelwright FC the free kick. Pere Parra kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Toros del Norte's zone, Luisito Errolan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Bergada came out of the goal and Luisito Errolan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th match minute, Wheelwright FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Tohias to maneuver through the defense. During the 18th minute of the match Pere Parra completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pere Parra a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 17 minutes into the game, one of Toros del Norte:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Luisito Errolan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Adolfo Manzano came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Toros del Norte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Manzano couldn't finish the play. Artzai Guasch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisito Errolan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Eleuterio Bergada skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Toros del Norte's Silvestre Garzon got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 39 minutes into the match, Federico Matia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eleuterio Bergada, 2-0. Eleuterio Bergada was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Isaac Laurin. With his leg Eleuterio Bergada managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Wheelwright FC's Luisito Errolan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adolfo Manzano to make the kick off. Federico Matia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Eleuterio Bergada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wheelwright FC's Edgardo Paz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Wheelwright FC from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 57 in the game by Adolfo Manzano from a close distance when the talented Edgardo Paz managed to make a qualified save. Wheelwright FC's players were relieved. Adolfo Manzano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgardo Paz having to make a save. The supporters of Toros del Norte booed when Wheelwright FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Erruki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisito Errolan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wheelwright FC's Edgardo Paz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Wheelwright FC from getting a goal against them. Adolfo Manzano struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Edgardo Paz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toros del Norte. When Federico Matia came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Wheelwright FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Matia couldn't finish the play. In the 85thth minute of the game Luisito Errolan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toros del Norte's Eleuterio Bergada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Eneto Carro notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Wheelwright FC's Edgardo Paz. Edgardo Paz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgardo Paz was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Silvestre Garzon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Silvestre Garzon really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
