Marucho FC's Tobias Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolao Ladrero in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Beila in the 8th minute of play forced Los diablos FC's goalkeeper Iaki Solera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marques Gibaja came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Los diablos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marques Gibaja couldn't finish the play. When Wilfredo Playo came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Marucho FC fans jumped to their feet. Vennancio Ilarraz took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobias Romo. Marques Gibaja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilfredo Playo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 21st playminute. If Marques Gibaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Salvador Beila took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Iaki Solera to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Marucho FC's Esteban Ekaitz got a free kick in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Marucho FC's zone, Nicolao Ladrero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Romo came out of the goal and Nicolao Ladrero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Vennancio Ilarraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iaki Solera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Vennancio Ilarraz took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Tobias Romo to make any attempt to save it. Marques Gibaja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tobias Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nicolao Ladrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Beila during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Marucho FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Salvador Beila hit a great ball. Tobias Romo was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Nicolao Ladrero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicolao Ladrero really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Los diablos FC's Iaki Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Raulo in the 75th minute of play. When Sancho Balmaceda fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los diablos FC's protests and gave Sancho Balmaceda a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Los diablos FC's zone, Horacio Ferrer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iaki Solera came out of the goal and Horacio Ferrer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marques Gibaja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Romo having to interfere. Los diablos FC's attack was well implemented in the 81st minute, but when Vennancio Ilarraz was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When Marucho FC's Isaias Raulo in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los diablos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Sancho Balmaceda took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobias Romo. Tobias Romo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. In the 94th minute, Marques Gibaja made a precise shot to the right of Tobias Romo. Marucho FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Los diablos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
