The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when Disco Inferno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryson Deal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Bruce Howarth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bradley Gorham hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Jamese Gissane came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso. But to his dismay, Valdir Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Valdir Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jamese Gissane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Velloso in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Disco Inferno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Velloso came free, but Jamese Gissane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Velloso in the 25th minute of play forced Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Jamese Gissane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Valdir Velloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Here Comes the Hammer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Velloso in the 34th minute of play forced Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Jamese Gissane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Disco Inferno FC's Bryson Deal got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradley Gorham in the 42nd minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes, John Eriksson made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Disco Inferno FC's Jamese Gissane tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Edwards Feutrill made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when Disco Inferno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cliff Favas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jamese Gissane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Jamese Gissane stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdir Velloso's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 57 minutes in the game Bruce Howarth did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tommy Gunn. Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 62 played minutes Disco Inferno FC got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Gunn. After 64th play minutes Valdir Velloso shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Jamese Gissane and just under the crossbar into goal. John Eriksson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Jamese Gissane when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Here Comes the Hammer's Gustav Larsfelt was substituted for Lei Lei Feng. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlinhos Félix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jamese Gissane. That made the score 0-9 in the 80 minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Disco Inferno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bradley Gorham to maneuver through the defense. When Murillo Arce fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Here Comes the Hammer's protests and gave Murillo Arce a yellow card for diving instead. Murillo Arce hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Gustav Larsfelt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamese Gissane having to interfere. Charles Björkqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradley Gorham in the 95th minute of play.
