When Gabriel Bordat came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Informaniaticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Bordat couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the match, Informaniaticos's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Poz came free, but Alfonso Peruanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Matias Cordarrel sped through Los Espinillos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ulises Harkaitz. 20 minutes into the match, Gabriel Bordat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Harkaitz. Los Espinillos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel Bordat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Gabriel Bordat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Matias Cordarrel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Informaniaticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 30 played minutes Los Espinillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Fresco. A collision led to Los Espinillos FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Benito Rafe hit a great ball. Ulises Harkaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Cordarrel in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Los Espinillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito Rafe. Ulises Harkaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Bordat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes, Angelo Modestio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Espinillos FC and the Informaniaticos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Angelo Modestio hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Matias Cordarrel notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Los Espinillos FC's Ulises Harkaitz. Ulises Harkaitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Los Espinillos FC defense, Gabriel Bordat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulises Harkaitz. The Los Espinillos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulises Harkaitz should have stopped the shot. Los Espinillos FC's Ulises Harkaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Naldo in the 46th minute of play.

Gabriel Bordat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ulises Harkaitz made a huge save. Gabriel Bordat took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulises Harkaitz. Ulises Harkaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 88th minute, Gabriel Bordat made a precise shot to the right of Ulises Harkaitz. Los Espinillos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Romeo Peruxu's late challenge caught a Los Espinillos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Peruxu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th match minute, Informaniaticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Peruxu to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Informaniaticos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
