Rogério Vidal started the match with the kick off. Aldaír Perdigão hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the match, Du Lei Bin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rosendo Oinatz. Vitória StrikerS™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Du Lei Bin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rosendo Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean Britton in the 6th minute of the match. Herb Good made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogério Vidal in the 7th minute of play. Erlingur Haaland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herb Good read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Vitória StrikerS™'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rogério Vidal in the 11th minute. It was a well-played corner which Fábio Silva managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 18 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Barış Birsoy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rosendo Oinatz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vitória StrikerS™'s Rosendo Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Britton in the 21st minute of play. Herb Good made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlingur Haaland in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Britton in the 28th minute of play forced Vitória StrikerS™'s goalkeeper Rosendo Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Oinatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Britton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Britton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rosendo Oinatz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Sport Lisboa e Benfica were awarded a corner. Barış Birsoy went to the cornerflag to take it. Vitória StrikerS™'s Rosendo Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Britton in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jean Britton was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes Sport Lisboa e Benfica got a freekick which was hit by Collin Grimm. If Du Lei Bin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Britton in the 56th minute of play forced Vitória StrikerS™'s goalkeeper Rosendo Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes Vitória StrikerS™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Barış Birsoy who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Du Lei Bin to fire away a dangerous shot which Rosendo Oinatz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goal looked a bit too open when Erlingur Haaland came free, but Herb Good reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Jean Britton rounded Vitória StrikerS™'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Herb Good made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogério Vidal in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Barış Birsoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogério Vidal fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 81st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Rogério Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the game Sebastião Almeida made a throw-in which Fábio Silva played forward. Garland Noël charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garland Noël the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Herb Good played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Vidal in the 90th minute of play. Jean Britton in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rosendo Oinatz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
