With a little luck, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s John Victor got control of the ball when Evaristo Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcelo Medeiros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Jesus went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Meira to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Reinaldo Carvalho got a free kick in the 55th minute. 63 minutes into the game, Geovani Borges cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Luiz Guilherme Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Victor having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Figueira SC FSCMZ players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
