José Pedro Donatello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edvaldo Silva's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. José Pedro Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvaldo Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Renan de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renan de Andrade scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Pedro Donatello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Seterma Tractors were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Bittencourt made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Paraibano came free, but José Pedro Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Seterma Tractors's Renan de Andrade slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of José Pedro Donatello. That made the score 0-3 after 56 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan de Andrade in the 59th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper José Pedro Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Seterma Tractors's zone, Mazinho da Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Túlio de Toledo came out of the goal and Mazinho da Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seterma Tractors's Túlio de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldão Pereira in the 62nd minute of play. After 66 minutes, Manoel Prestes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seterma Tractors and the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Seterma Tractors getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Manoel Prestes hit a great ball. In the 67th match minute, Seterma Tractors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Barros to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes Seterma Tractors got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Prestes. José Pedro Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paraibano in the 76th minute of the match.
