Juvenal Nóbrega could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Giovani Salgado made a huge save. Giovani Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Montevideo getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rafinha Zanette hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Giovani Salgado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Felipe Barros took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giovani Salgado. Giovani Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After having played for 85 minutes, Natanael Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montevideo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natanael Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Seterma Tractors's Túlio de Toledo got control of the ball when Natanael Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line.
