When Valdir Paes came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdir Paes couldn't finish the play. In the 18th match minute, Catugi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Varela to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, Teofil Zjawin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catugi FC the free kick. Emerson Leão came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Catugi FC's Hernani Travassos. But to his dismay, Hernani Travassos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Teofil Zjawin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. After 37 played minutes CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Saldanha. The supporters of Catugi FC booed when CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position.
