Baltazar Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Velho Barreiro FC's Tadeu Cearense got control of the ball when Nando Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Velho Barreiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Pombal came free, but Tadeu Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Juvenal Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo Prata in the 20th minute of play. Tadeu Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matheus Rosado in the 24th minute of play. Juvenal Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltazar Monteiro went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Juvenal Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão Araújo in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Mosqueteiros 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Veloso to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Luizinho Félix notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Juvenal Moreira. Juvenal Moreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tadeu Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto do Nascimento in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Nando Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mosqueteiros 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 44th minute Baltazar Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Nando Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Pombal to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Nando Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeu Cearense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Betão Araújo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. Velho Barreiro FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tadeu Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Barros in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Leandro Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Matheus Rosado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeu Cearense was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Ezequiel Ceresso took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeu Cearense. Tadeu Cearense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Tadeu Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matheus Rosado in the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Edgar Veloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velho Barreiro FC the free kick. Edgar Veloso hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Velho Barreiro FC's Tadeu Cearense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Barros in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Leandro Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Mosqueteiros 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Araújo came free, but Juvenal Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nando Barros hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Prado in the 76th minute of play forced Mosqueteiros 4EVER's goalkeeper Juvenal Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeu Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Barros in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Rosado in the 79th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Tadeu Cearense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the game, one of Velho Barreiro FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Mosqueteiros 4EVER a penalty, 85 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alfredo Ceresso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Velho Barreiro FC's Tadeu Cearense. 6-2. Juvenal Moreira was a little too slow when Luís Paulo Prata got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 6-3. Tadeu Cearense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
