GUAYACO's Armando Paniagua got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 18 minutes, Severino Huly mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the C.A. GUAYACO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Severino Huly. Rosendo Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. GUAYACO's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Jaizki came free, but Arias Burgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eustaquio Jaizki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arias Burgo was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. If Armando Paniagua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Armando Paniagua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
