The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serdar Gulson in the 6th minute of play forced Turco's goalkeeper Gürhan Ramazanoğulları to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loïc Payen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Danış Yalazalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Loïc Payen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hazım Umuralp in the 9th minute of the match. Serdar Gulson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the game, Ali Atıf Erçetin threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Lëtzebuerg's Sandro Baylon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 36 minutes, Abraham Pflaumenbaum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Lëtzebuerg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Pflaumenbaum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serdar Gulson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gürhan Ramazanoğulları read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After 40 minutes, Serdar Gulson made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Turco's Gürhan Ramazanoğulları tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When FC Lëtzebuerg's Serdar Gulson in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serdar Gulson made a kick off. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Serdar Gulson sped through Turco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gürhan Ramazanoğulları. Gürhan Ramazanoğulları took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serdar Gulson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Turco's Berke Ergünay got a free kick in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Abraham Pflaumenbaum notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Turco's Gürhan Ramazanoğulları. Gürhan Ramazanoğulları was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Lëtzebuerg's Cirilo Izotz was substituted for Abraham Pflaumenbaum. 74 minutes into the match, FC Lëtzebuerg's goal looked a bit too open when Hazım Umuralp came free, but Loïc Payen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gürhan Ramazanoğulları prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95thth minute of the game Serdar Gulson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Turco's Gürhan Ramazanoğulları was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
