A nice corner shot did that Kaká Brasil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anthon Karlsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 9th minute, Rešo Orte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kaká Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthon Karlsson having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harold Tronconi in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anthon Karlsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Rešo Orte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anthon Karlsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harold Tronconi in the 34th minute. Rešo Orte made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Grêmio RK75's Kong Kun Bin. In the 46th minute Harold Tronconi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthon Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Galapagos Islands FC made a substitution. Gijs van Zijderveld replaced Markus Åström. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Özgün Hatip was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Radomil Mroczynski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galapagos Islands FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomil Mroczynski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özgün Hatip could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but João Francisco Tinoco made a huge save. 67 minutes into the game, Rešo Orte threw the ball into play from the sideline. Grêmio RK75's Fernandinho Saraiva quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. João Francisco Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Mroczynski in the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özgün Hatip in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Francisco Tinoco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Özgün Hatip got free with João Francisco Tinoco in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Francisco Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Mroczynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute Harold Tronconi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthon Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Galapagos Islands FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harold Tronconi came free, but Anthon Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
