The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as LiverBird Flyers FC's Khairul Cho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of José Maria Carvalho. That made the score 1-1 after 55 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Pernambucano during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Clube Atlético Mineiro's Jude Bellingham was substituted for Romário Ronaldo. Bruno Pernambucano kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Alam Wah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kidlat Cabanit's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lamine Yambao in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alam Wah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Khairul Cho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of LiverBird Flyers FC booed when Clube Atlético Mineiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmo Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carl Grimes hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Carl Grimes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but José Maria Carvalho made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Lamine Yambao put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alam Wah. Kidlat Cabanit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alam Wah having to interfere. After 86 minutes, Kidlat Cabanit made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. LiverBird Flyers FC's Alam Wah tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. José Maria Carvalho came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by LiverBird Flyers FC's Carl Grimes. But to his dismay, Carl Grimes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. LiverBird Flyers FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
