Spectators: 193 (Terracing: 146, Seating: 44, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcelo Chuan started the match with the kick off. When Kim Alnes fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åsnes's protests and gave Kim Alnes a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Chuan in the 4th minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Christer Waaler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsnes's goalkeeper Christer Waaler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christer Waaler came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Fashions del Averno's Marcelo Chuan. But to his dismay, Marcelo Chuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Christer Waaler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Chuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Marcelo Chuan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Åsnes's Christer Waaler. Christer Waaler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 31 minutes into the match, Fashions del Averno's Marcelo Chuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christer Waaler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Marcelo Chuan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christer Waaler was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 37 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Chuan came free, but Christer Waaler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes, Jon Hesjedal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åsnes and the Fashions del Averno players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Åsnes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fashions del Averno were winning 0-4.

Fashions del Averno's Marcelo Chuan got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Chuan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christer Waaler was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, Fashions del Averno's Marcelo Chuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christer Waaler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fashions del Averno made a substitution. Jonatan Rolfsson replaced Chucky Lozano. Jon Hesjedal was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Fashions del Averno booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Hesjedal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingmar Eltmaa took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christer Waaler. Christer Waaler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. When Ingmar Eltmaa came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Fashions del Averno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingmar Eltmaa couldn't finish the play. Åsnes's Kim Alnes got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Kim Alnes off the ground. After 94 played minutes Åsnes got a freekick which was hit by Kim Alnes. Fashions del Averno played a much better game than Åsnes and deserved their victory. The Åsnes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
