In the 13th minute, Robert Sands got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. American Top Team's Shawn Ashby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 吴榕升 in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯恒方FC booed when American Top Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boyd Delgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 played minutes, American Top Team's Charles Eason shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 忠 杨浩兴 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in American Top Team reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by 吴榕升 in the 40th minute of play forced American Top Team's goalkeeper Shawn Ashby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ≮王者归来≯恒方FC fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when ≮王者归来≯恒方FC's 魏卫云 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 袁树棋's late challenge caught a American Top Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 袁树棋 helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes ≮王者归来≯恒方FC got a freekick which was hit by 袁树棋. After the first half ≮王者归来≯恒方FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 魏卫云 made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Robert Sands shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 忠 杨浩兴 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 忠 杨浩兴 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morgan Wilkerson, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 忠 杨浩兴 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morgan Wilkerson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shawn Ashby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 吴榕升 in the 64th minute of the match. 魏卫云 in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Shawn Ashby, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 魏卫云 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Shawn Ashby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, American Top Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddy Simons to maneuver through the defense. Shawn Ashby was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from 魏卫云. When American Top Team's Morgan Wilkerson in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ≮王者归来≯恒方FC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Morgan Wilkerson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 忠 杨浩兴 was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 吴榕升 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 魏卫云 might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shawn Ashby. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 魏卫云 ran back to his position shaking his head. The ≮王者归来≯恒方FC fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when ≮王者归来≯恒方FC's 魏卫云 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When 吴榕升 came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the ≮王者归来≯恒方FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 吴榕升 couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, American Top Team's Shawn Ashby got control of the ball when 魏卫云 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Morgan Wilkerson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 忠 杨浩兴 was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. ≮王者归来≯恒方FC's 吴榕升 was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 94th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the final whistle sounded ≮王者归来≯恒方FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than American Top Team.
