Osmundo Puertas took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Abadia. After a defensive mix-up in EL CORTO FC's zone, Osmundo Puertas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 30th minute, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roman Aznaro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard shot 30 in the game by Dante Calvet from a close distance when the talented Ieltxu Orbaneja managed to make a qualified save. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's players were relieved. William Shakespeare struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Fausto Abadia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imperio Catatumbo de Lara. The audience was convinced that Osmundo Puertas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Abadia was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After some careless play in the EL CORTO FC defense, Osmundo Puertas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fausto Abadia. The EL CORTO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fausto Abadia should have stopped the shot. In the 88thth minute of the game William Shakespeare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL CORTO FC's Fausto Abadia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ádám Dobos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Aguilera charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Aguilera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
