The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, AC United's goalkeeper Roger Ekberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Necdet Yunus. In the 8thth minute of the game Mustafa Hamit Saye who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC United's Roger Ekberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mustafa Hamit Saye took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roger Ekberg. Roger Ekberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Roger Ekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 18th minute of the match. Roger Ekberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mustafa Hamit Saye blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roger Ekberg having to make a save. Roger Ekberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Arcan Sargınal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Mustafa Hamit Saye got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mustafa Hamit Saye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35th minute of the match, Mustafa Hamit Saye tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roger Ekberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Ekberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CİCERO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Serter Haymanalı in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Bertil Näver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd match minute, AC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Lenberg to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Necdet Yunus struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Roger Ekberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CİCERO. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertil Näver to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Ahmet Necdet Yunus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Ekberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 61st minute Mustafa Hamit Saye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Ekberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Ekberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Burç Taycan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CİCERO's Taner Tuğkan was substituted for Ahmet Necdet Yunus. CİCERO made a substitution. Mansur Akağan replaced Arcan Sargınal. Burç Taycan hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, AC United's Eric Frisk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ennio Orsini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, AC United's goal looked a bit too open when Taner Tuğkan came free, but Roger Ekberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taner Tuğkan might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roger Ekberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taner Tuğkan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute Mustafa Hamit Saye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Ekberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Ekberg saved AC United from getting behind. CİCERO's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
