After 38 played minutes América Magics Fc got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Orlan. The audience was convinced that Orval Crow's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Will Goldthorpe was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 41 minutes into the match, América Magics Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Kermit Morris came free, but Will Goldthorpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes América Magics Fc got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Hanni. Kermit Morris received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Will Goldthorpe came out and tried to block the shot, but Kermit Morris slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Ted was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Donovan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Ted, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Kermit Morris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Berry Giles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Will Goldthorpe was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that Micheal Burnham got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Will Goldthorpe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Flames FC's Valère Flowers suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Leopoldo Ted hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Flames FC's Ellsworth Erwin was substituted for Chase Hale. In the 65th minute Berry Giles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Goldthorpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes, Orval Crow mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flames FC and the América Magics Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. América Magics Fc's Will Goldthorpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donald Kearns in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Flames FC's goalkeeper Tomas Donovan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Ted. A collision led to América Magics Fc getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Cipriano Ixaka hit a great ball. When Flames FC's Donald Kearns in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 79 minutes, Berry Giles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flames FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berry Giles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donald Kearns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Berry Giles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flames FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Berry Giles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Will Goldthorpe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berry Giles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Will Goldthorpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Will Goldthorpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berry Giles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Many of América Magics Fc's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. América Magics Fc may have spent more time on the ball, but Flames FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
