A collision led to La Coruña FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Enzo Nardo hit a great ball. In the 5th minute of the match, Joel Jerardo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Conrado Atarratze was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Conrado Atarratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Umea, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Freddy Onbera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elvio Merexildo. Skill-Park FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Onbera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Freddy Onbera struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Elvio Merexildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Coruña FC. Elvio Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Nemesio Blai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Onbera took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Merexildo. Elvio Merexildo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Conrado Atarratze successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 35 minutes into the match, La Coruña FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Jerardo came free, but Conrado Atarratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Joel Jerardo made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Atarratze. La Coruña FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. La Coruña FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Joel Jerardo scored to the left of an out of position Conrado Atarratze, making the score, 2-2. After some careless play in the Skill-Park FC defense, Enzo Nardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elvio Merexildo. The Skill-Park FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvio Merexildo should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Nardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enzo Nardo took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Merexildo. Elvio Merexildo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Geronimo Mino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Merexildo having to interfere. With an all-out effort, La Coruña FC's Elvio Merexildo threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Geronimo Mino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Elvio Merexildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddy Onbera in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute, Basilio Bingen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Elvio Merexildo managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when La Coruña FC's Enzo Nardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Conrado Atarratze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Jerardo went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. After 81 minutes of play, La Coruña FC's Enzo Nardo made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elvio Merexildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute of the match La Coruña FC got a corner. Skill-Park FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enzo Nardo ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Amador Umea came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Skill-Park FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amador Umea couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute Joel Jerardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Atarratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Bakar hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. La Coruña FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
