Nicolae Borcea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yoppie Duaramuri, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 30 minutes into the game, Octav Ciocan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RED BLUE STAR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bandung Tigers the free kick. Octav Ciocan kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Octav Ciocan got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, RED BLUE STAR's Octav Ciocan got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute Yoppie Duaramuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Borcea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Yoppie Duaramuri came free, but Nicolae Borcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Victor Răcănel in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bandung Tigers's Markus Husodo. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Yoppie Duaramuri made the kick off in the second half. Satria Muttaqien charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Satria Muttaqien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Bandung Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Satria Muttaqien. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yoppie Duaramuri in the 55th minute of play forced RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Nicolae Borcea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by RED BLUE STAR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kiki Murtopo was slow to take the kick. During this time Bandung Tigers's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Bandung Tigers's Boy Hermawan to a score. 0-1 in the 59th minute. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Victor Răcănel with Fabian Şoimaru as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 71 minutes, Vintilă Ilie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RED BLUE STAR and the Bandung Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. 71 minutes into the game, one of RED BLUE STAR:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 79 minutes RED BLUE STAR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kiki Murtopo who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Mario Dandy got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 80 minutes into the match. With a little luck, RED BLUE STAR's Nicolae Borcea got control of the ball when Yoppie Duaramuri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolae Borcea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yoppie Duaramuri in the 87th minute. In the 95th match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boy Hermawan to maneuver through the defense. The RED BLUE STAR supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bandung Tigers's performance. The match ended with a win for Bandung Tigers.
