Spectators: 188 (Terracing: 142, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nicolao Moreira got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Fuerzas Armadas's Coronel Lara got control of the ball when Barrie Newell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Coronel Lara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre Fitzsymon in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Coronel Garrido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Barrie Newell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fuerzas Armadas's Albi Quintero quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Andy Gates, made in the 14th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the match, Coronel Garrido notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Clapham Comets F.C.'s Wesley Ricketts. Wesley Ricketts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Donny Watson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Coronel Lara. That made the score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. In the 25th minute, Barrie Newell made a precise shot to the right of Coronel Lara. Fuerzas Armadas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If García Morales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coronel Garrido hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. If Barrie Newell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coronel Garrido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Wesley Ricketts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coronel Garrido took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wesley Ricketts. Wesley Ricketts dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barrie Newell to make the kick off. Coronel Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Watson in the 53rd minute of play. Fuerzas Armadas's Coronel Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donny Watson in the 57th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Clapham Comets F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Gates to maneuver through the defense. When Coronel Garrido fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fuerzas Armadas's protests and gave Coronel Garrido a yellow card for diving instead. Coronel Garrido hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Wesley Ricketts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolao Moreira in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 68th minute Barrie Newell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Coronel Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fuerzas Armadas's Coronel Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barrie Newell in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Clapham Comets F.C. booed when Fuerzas Armadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bladi Balboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Nicolao Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wesley Ricketts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Fuerzas Armadas's goal looked a bit too open when Barrie Newell came free, but Coronel Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Fuerzas Armadas's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Zinchenko came free, but Coronel Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Barrie Newell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Coronel Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Fuerzas Armadas were awarded a corner. Albi Quintero went to the cornerflag to take it. Albi Quintero made a great header on Fuerzas Armadas's corner, it was just that Clapham Comets F.C.'s Wesley Ricketts managed to reach the ball for a save. Coronel Lara came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Clapham Comets F.C.'s Donny Watson. But to his dismay, Donny Watson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Coronel Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Watson in the 93rd minute of play. Coronel Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre Fitzsymon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Clapham Comets F.C. fully deserved thier win.
