An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Calvet in the 13th minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Wesley Ricketts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Pierre Fitzsymon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Cedro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hugo Cedro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barrie Newell in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barrie Newell in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Cedro saved ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre Fitzsymon came free, but Hugo Cedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Cedro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's Albano Ritchie got a free kick in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Zack Beavan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clapham Comets F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB the free kick. After 36 played minutes Clapham Comets F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zack Beavan. The audience was convinced that Barrie Newell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Cedro was relentless in the 41st minute of the game.
