Gregorio Seber made in the 10th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fabian Etxahun however managed to control. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Djimmy Guimard saved El Patriarca ® from getting behind. El Patriarca ®'s Djimmy Guimard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Björklund in the 16th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Djimmy Guimard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. El Patriarca ®'s Djimmy Guimard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca in the 20th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Djimmy Guimard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, El Patriarca ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca came free, but Djimmy Guimard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Djimmy Guimard having to make a save. Djimmy Guimard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Djimmy Guimard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca in the 33rd minute of play. If Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca scored 0-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Djimmy Guimard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Djimmy Guimard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca ran back to his position shaking his head. Djimmy Guimard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Kasper Björklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Djimmy Guimard. El Patriarca ®'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kasper Björklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kasper Björklund made a kick off. Kasper Björklund's late challenge caught a El Patriarca ®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kasper Björklund helped the player get up and apologised.
