Julian Lauren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gancho Yarúkov might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julian Lauren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gancho Yarúkov ran back to his position shaking his head. Gancho Gotev took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julian Lauren. Julian Lauren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Txomin in the 17th minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Zhecho Komitov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Saturnino Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhecho Komitov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Antonio Fidanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, OSTROVA's goalkeeper Zhecho Komitov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Geofredo.
