The Divina Comédia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristian Peres should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the game, Arvo Vesi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Meremõisa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Divina Comédia FC the free kick. Cristian Peres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Fc Meremõisa's Taaniel Aron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristian Peres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Urmas Tohter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Gøl in the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Gøl made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Fc Meremõisa's Urmas Tohter tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Fc Meremõisa booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Rosado didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tom Nuut to make the kick off. If Kaur Toompere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Divina Comédia FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
