After 16 played minutes Família Ressaca MZ got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Vidal. Família Ressaca MZ's Vitinho Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xosepe Parayos in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Rodriguez Huera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DALO S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodriguez Huera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of DALO S.C. booed when Família Ressaca MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, DALO S.C.'s Duarte Cena broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 29 minutes into the game, Décio Mendonça recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diego Mañon. Décio Mendonça showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Mateus Liñan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitinho Fontes having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xosepe Parayos was the one to do the kick off. If Xosepe Parayos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, one of Família Ressaca MZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Xosepe Parayos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornelio Adarzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vitinho Fontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cornelio Adarzo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 68 minutes, Décio Mendonça mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Família Ressaca MZ and the DALO S.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rodriguez Huera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Vitinho Fontes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodriguez Huera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
