Pap FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gencalp Kurhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Apostolis Sarantaris kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pap FC's zone, Gencalp Kurhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tilemachos Antonakos came out of the goal and Gencalp Kurhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azad Da Costa in the 14th minute of play forced Pap FC's goalkeeper Tilemachos Antonakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
