The audience was convinced that Concetto Spione's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Váldson de Queirós was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Váldson de Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Concetto Spione's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Concetto Spione stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
