When Damian Şoimaru came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the FC ciufulici fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Şoimaru couldn't finish the play. Sergiu Târcă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodion Illyaschuk having to interfere. With a little luck, Juventus FC's Rodion Illyaschuk got control of the ball when Sergiu Târcă tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC ciufulici's Damian Şoimaru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodion Illyaschuk. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. If Sandu Pătrășconiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodion Illyaschuk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Şoimaru's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Mugurel Zglobiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vsevolod Vakar, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Cosmin Cârneci managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ciufulici's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmin Cârneci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodion Illyaschuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Damian Şoimaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodion Illyaschuk was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Damian Şoimaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ciufulici's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Şoimaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodion Illyaschuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damian Şoimaru took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodion Illyaschuk. Rodion Illyaschuk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. A collision led to Juventus FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Vsevolod Vakar hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Robert Simionică sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodion Illyaschuk skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Sergiu Târcă managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ciufulici's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergiu Târcă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee showed Pavlo Omelianovych the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC ciufulici booed when Juventus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavlo Omelianovych didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juventus FC's Valentyn Melnychuk was substituted for Vsevolod Vakar. In the 66th minute, Pavlo Omelianovych hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 minutes, Damian Şoimaru made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Juventus FC's Rodion Illyaschuk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rodion Illyaschuk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Şoimaru went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentyn Melnychuk got free with Mugurel Zglobiu in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodion Illyaschuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Şoimaru in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Vladyslav Shtanjko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes FC ciufulici got a freekick which was hit by Sandu Pătrășconiu. In the 88th match minute, FC ciufulici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Târcă to maneuver through the defense. FC ciufulici's Sandu Pătrășconiu got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC ciufulici were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Juventus FC for a fine match.
