With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Gipuzkoa in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kyle Connor saved Heavenly Hooters from getting behind. Talleres's Albino Nofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Talleres from getting a goal against them. If Max Langford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stevie Plumber during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albino Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Langford, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Kyle Connor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Gipuzkoa in the 37th minute of play. Talleres's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. In the 42nd match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Laurgain to maneuver through the defense. Albino Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shawn Banks, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Atilano Galo's late challenge caught a Heavenly Hooters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atilano Galo helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Galo. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harold Lloyd made a kick off. In the 61st minute Shawn Banks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Nofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Nofre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ethan Zamora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wayne Bastow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Albino Nofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Langford in the 87th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Ethan Zamora came free, but Albino Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Pacorro to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Heavenly Hooters fans cheered their team off the field, for while Talleres had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
