The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Reynaldo Zanette got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th match minute, Hammarby Gård was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Pilberg to maneuver through the defense. Cacá Castro took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Malcolm Jakobsson. Malcolm Jakobsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Reynaldo Zanette who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Malcolm Jakobsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Malcolm Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Francisco Madureira in the 12th minute of the match. Reynaldo Zanette took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Malcolm Jakobsson. Malcolm Jakobsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 18 minutes, Haroldo de Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA and the Hammarby Gård players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo de Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Hammarby Gård's Malcolm Jakobsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Hammarby Gård from getting a goal against them. After 37 minutes, Cacá Castro made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hammarby Gård's Malcolm Jakobsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Malcolm Jakobsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Zanette in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusébio Toledo during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonard Wik was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Hammarby Gård was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Pilberg to maneuver through the defense. Haroldo de Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Leonard Wik struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Davi Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hammarby Gård. After 58 played minutes CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Borges. Malcolm Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Hammarby Gård's Malcolm Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Castro in the 65th minute of play. Ragnar Lång's late challenge caught a CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ragnar Lång helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Ragnar Lång hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malcolm Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Francisco Madureira in the 67th minute of play. Ragnar Lång was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 68th match minute, Hammarby Gård was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ragnar Lång to maneuver through the defense. After 71 minutes of play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Cacá Castro made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Malcolm Jakobsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hammarby Gård's Malcolm Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo de Carvalho in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Zanette in the 75th minute of play forced Hammarby Gård's goalkeeper Malcolm Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Stålman got free with Davi Tande in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Eusébio Toledo hit a great ball. When Alex Stålman came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Hammarby Gård fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Stålman couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, João Francisco Madureira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Malcolm Jakobsson. Hammarby Gård's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Francisco Madureira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Hammarby Gård's Malcolm Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Castro in the 92nd minute of play. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
