After some careless play in the Caskinha Esporte Clube defense, Mané Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Neves. The Caskinha Esporte Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Neves should have stopped the shot. Mané Lara scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mané Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Eduardo Tróia was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Caskinha Esporte Clube's zone, Didi Cardozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Neves came out of the goal and Didi Cardozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Luiz Eduardo Tróia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Borys Gruchacz was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Leandro Neves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mané Lara's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Eduardo Tróia got free with Borys Gruchacz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leandro Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alesandro Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
