The supporters of Huckebein booed when Re Loco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carles Artadi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marin Jumancă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Arne Rusterholz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After taking down the ball on Huckebein's corner Lucjan Kendra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arne Rusterholz quite easily take care of the ball. Mateusz Sakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 43 minutes into the match, Huckebein's goal looked a bit too open when Mateusz Sakowicz came free, but Apolo Santxol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateusz Sakowicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apolo Santxol having to make a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateusz Sakowicz made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Mateusz Sakowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateusz Sakowicz in the 54th minute of play forced Huckebein's goalkeeper Apolo Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Huckebein's Marin Jumancă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arne Rusterholz. Arne Rusterholz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Re Loco made a substitution. Celso Lalla replaced Mateusz Sakowicz. Arne Rusterholz came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Huckebein's Marin Jumancă. But to his dismay, Marin Jumancă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Huckebein's Wolfgang Dalkvist was substituted for Marin Jumancă. Apolo Santxol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Lalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Fernan Benet took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Apolo Santxol. Huckebein's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Apolo Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Lalla in the 87th minute of play. Alvaro Perez hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Huckebein eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
