After a rather tough play, Papunhas EC's Vítor Sampaio got a free kick in the 15th minute. The throw-in from Vítor Sampaio in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by New Loser FC's Henrique de Salles. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karhan Siralp in the 23rd minute of play forced Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 김 담 came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Papunhas EC's Valdemar de Moraes. But to his dismay, Valdemar de Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Karhan Siralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ismael Nazario Serre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Nazario Serre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karhan Siralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 김 담 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agostinho de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Karhan Siralp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Nazario Serre was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar de Moraes in the 45th minute of play forced New Loser FC's goalkeeper 김 담 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Karhan Siralp made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Karhan Siralp kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ismael Nazario Serre. That made the score 1-2 in the 52 minute of play. Karhan Siralp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Nazario Serre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Valdemar de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 김 담 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Papunhas EC's zone, Karhan Siralp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Nazario Serre came out of the goal and Karhan Siralp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karhan Siralp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Ismael Nazario Serre made a huge save. Telmo Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. With a little luck, Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre got control of the ball when Karhan Siralp tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar de Moraes in the 73rd minute of play forced New Loser FC's goalkeeper 김 담 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Nazario Serre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karhan Siralp in the 74th minute. Ismael Nazario Serre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karhan Siralp in the 86th minute of the match. 김 담 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Papunhas EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Karhan Siralp scored to the left of an out of position Ismael Nazario Serre, making the score, 1-3. The New Loser FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing New Loser FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
