Pura Arte F.C's Rodrigo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio Niedermeier in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ booed when Pura Arte F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Mager didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Zé Castro fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pura Arte F.C's protests and gave Zé Castro a yellow card for diving instead. Zé Castro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Vidal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jiang Bin Yao. Vladimir Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Diguinho da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
