In the 15thth minute of the game Bin Shevchenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jurupeba FC's Fabrício Falcão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Thorkil Husig came free, but Luiz Fábio Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İlkan Lefter during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Blumenau Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. İlkan Lefter hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bin Shevchenko in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrício Falcão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute, İlkan Lefter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrício Falcão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bin Shevchenko in the 36th minute of play. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Luiz Fábio Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Minchev in the 37th minute of play. When Edvaldo de Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Blumenau Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvaldo de Toledo couldn't finish the play. Nildo Dantas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabrício Falcão. Jurupeba FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto Breckenfeld in the 46th minute of play forced Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Bin Shevchenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabrício Falcão was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Beto Breckenfeld to strike the kick off in the second half. Fabrício Falcão made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Bin Shevchenko sent off a good shot on target. After 63 minutes of play, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Bin Shevchenko made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabrício Falcão was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Jurupeba FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sasho Arsenov hit a great ball. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Enrico Orsi got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jurupeba FC's Kuddusî Bozok was substituted for Yahya Al Bahar. Luiz Fábio Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Breckenfeld in the 73rd minute of the match. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Luiz Fábio Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorkil Husig in the 75th minute of play.
