Juventus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos Leite. After 9 played minutes, Joinville Esporte Clube's Júnior Zanette shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Joinville Esporte Clube reached it. When Cordario De la Torre came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cordario De la Torre couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Jeffrey Van Caels got a free kick in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Júnior Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joinville Esporte Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Júnior Zanette was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Sena in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Da Vinci saved G.E. Juventus FSCMZ from getting behind. Joinville Esporte Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Christian Pulisic scored to the left of an out of position A.J. 韩文海, making the score, 1-0. After some careless play in the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ defense, Guillermo Gimeno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Da Vinci. The G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Da Vinci should have stopped the shot. Don Lalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute Don Lalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but A.J. 韩文海 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victor Sena to make the kick off. In the 92nd minute, Paulão Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
