After 8 played minutes, RB Chubut's Lino Semeno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in RB Chubut reached it. Alfonso Bikendi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Generoso Sasoin came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfonso Bikendi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Alfonso Bikendi took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Generoso Sasoin to make any attempt to save it. Generoso Sasoin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Bikendi in the 22nd minute of the match. Generoso Sasoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Bikendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Bikendi in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Generoso Sasoin saved Gloria Verdinegra AFC from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Alfonso Bikendi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Generoso Sasoin. The goal made the score 4-0. 29 minutes into the match, RB Chubut's Alfonso Bikendi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Generoso Sasoin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Bikendi in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Sasoin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Benat in the 33rd minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Robert Vassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of RB Chubut booed when Gloria Verdinegra AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Azibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Bide made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by RB Chubut's Luisito Txordon. Marcial Bide's late challenge caught a RB Chubut's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcial Bide helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Marcial Bide got a free kick in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Alfonso Bikendi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Generoso Sasoin, 5-0. 47 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Bikendi. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonso Bikendi made a kick off. Alfonso Bikendi scored 6-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Generoso Sasoin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Alfonso Bikendi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Generoso Sasoin was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. RB Chubut made a substitution. Generoso Sasoin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Isaac Mingo made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Sasoin. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Generoso Sasoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrézinho Pelé, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gloria Verdinegra AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RB Chubut.
