When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Alfred Dobrowski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ksawery Klucznik. 28 minutes into the game, Stommeer A's Alfred Dobrowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ksawery Klucznik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Martijn Jol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ksawery Klucznik was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Blue Lions FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tom Hedvall ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tom Hedvall kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erubiel Solustiano got free with Ramon Simons in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Dobrowski in the 57th minute of play forced Blue Lions FC's goalkeeper Ksawery Klucznik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Blue Lions FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stommeer A fully deserved thier win.
