Grzegorz Olszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferrer Acha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geležinis Vilkas's Eidvilas Daunoras quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tymoteusz Buczko, made in the 24th minute of the game. Isaias Rojas kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Geležinis Vilkas's Ovidijus Merkelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Buczko in the 30th minute of play. Ottó Imre made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marko Vooro however managed to control. Ovidijus Merkelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislaw Gargasz in the 36th minute of the match. Ottó Imre made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Geležinis Vilkas's Ferrer Acha. 41 minutes into the game, Sparta LKS's Marko Vooro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidijus Merkelis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 45 played minutes Geležinis Vilkas got a freekick which was hit by Eitautas Ivoška. After 46 played minutes, Sparta LKS's Gwidon Harasimowicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ovidijus Merkelis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sparta LKS reached it. The supporters of Geležinis Vilkas booed when Sparta LKS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ottó Imre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Eitautas Ivoška made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Eitautas Ivoška managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geležinis Vilkas's supporters rose to their feet, but Eitautas Ivoška was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grzegorz Olszewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Eitautas Ivoška came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Geležinis Vilkas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eitautas Ivoška couldn't finish the play. Kacper Hazard's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Ovidijus Merkelis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ovidijus Merkelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Vooro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Ferrer Acha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eitautas Ivoška recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Geležinis Vilkas getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Gabrielius Velička hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Gargasz came free, but Ovidijus Merkelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 minutes of play, Sparta LKS's Kacper Hazard made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidijus Merkelis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Sparta LKS's Isaias Rojas got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
