In the 3rd minute Don Whaley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ponciano Herreria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Mañana le digo F.C got a freekick which was hit by Txerran Fraile. In the 12th minute, Paschal Kerr made a precise shot to the right of Ponciano Herreria. Mañana le digo F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some careless play in the Olympiakos defense, Nacho Cuero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lincoln Grondin. The Olympiakos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lincoln Grondin should have stopped the shot. Nacho Cuero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Lincoln Grondin made a huge save. Chesus Echaniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lincoln Grondin having to interfere. A collision led to Olympiakos getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Don Whaley hit a great ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Nacho Cuero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympiakos's Lincoln Grondin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nacho Cuero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lincoln Grondin came out and tried to block the shot, but Nacho Cuero slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 34th minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Chesus Echaniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mañana le digo F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chesus Echaniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lincoln Grondin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tallia Frecha. 40 minutes into the game, one of Olympiakos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 45 minutes into the match, Mañana le digo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Chad Boyd came free, but Ponciano Herreria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Olympiakos got a freekick which was hit by Rickey Lundy. Lincoln Grondin made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Nacho Cuero sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chad Boyd to strike the kick off in the second half. Nacho Cuero struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Lincoln Grondin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mañana le digo F.C. With a little luck, Mañana le digo F.C's Ponciano Herreria got control of the ball when Wes Calhoun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 minutes, Nacho Cuero made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Olympiakos's Lincoln Grondin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chesus Echaniz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd match minute, Mañana le digo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chesus Echaniz to maneuver through the defense. Mañana le digo F.C's Ponciano Herreria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chad Boyd in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Bastiaro Piedra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Mañana le digo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Chad Boyd came free, but Ponciano Herreria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Hibai Cenal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lincoln Grondin. Olympiakos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hibai Cenal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Chad Boyd took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ponciano Herreria. Ponciano Herreria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. The audience was convinced that Nacho Cuero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lincoln Grondin was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. If Wes Calhoun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mañana le digo F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Olympiakos for a fine match.
