Laferrere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carasova the free kick. Baldomero Caetano hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Moises Ponc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laferrere's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Ponc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Sima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godfredo Uxio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adrian Sima. Carasova's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Javier Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Carasova's Gavril Morozan got a free kick in the 11th minute. Moises Ponc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Kismi in the 13th minute of play forced Carasova's goalkeeper Adrian Sima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Ponc kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Avram Gliga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Dodorol kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Avram Gliga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes, Alin Ciocârlan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carasova and the Laferrere players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gavril Morozan hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Moises Ponc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Sima was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Avram Gliga made the kick off in the second half. Javier Remir hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Avram Gliga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Chepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, one of Carasova:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Moises Ponc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Sima having to interfere. Guillermo Chepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avram Gliga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 71 minutes, Benjamin Kismi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laferrere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Kismi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gigi Stamatiu struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Guillermo Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carasova. 79 minutes into the game, Laferrere's Benjamin Kismi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adrian Sima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Guillermo Chepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avram Gliga in the 83rd minute of play. When Moises Ponc got free in front of the goal in the 87th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Adrian Sima was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Gavril Morozan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute Benjamin Kismi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Sima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Carasova getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emanuel Băbescu hit a great ball. Baldomero Caetano hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Laferrere's zone, Gigi Stamatiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillermo Chepe came out of the goal and Gigi Stamatiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Moises Ponc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laferrere's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Ponc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Sima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Carasova booed when Laferrere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Uxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Laferrere had played much better football throughout.
