A nice corner shot did that Kléber Paiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franklin Bittencourt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clóvis Camargo in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franklin Bittencourt saved Vasco FC from getting behind. Aan 典韦 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Luiz Fernando Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Veiga in the 18th minute of play forced Bezerros EC's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Peixoto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franklin Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Camargo in the 23rd minute of the match. Alim Akkaya struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Luiz Fernando Peixoto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vasco FC. Moise Zgrăbunţa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Luiz Fernando Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Clóvis Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franklin Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clóvis Camargo might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Franklin Bittencourt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clóvis Camargo ran back to his position shaking his head. Zé Carlos Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Peixoto having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Vasco FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Mazza. Almir Freitas charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Almir Freitas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bezerros EC's Almir Freitas got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Moise Zgrăbunţa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, Bezerros EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Arantes to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Bezerros EC defense, Alim Akkaya kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Fernando Peixoto. The Bezerros EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Fernando Peixoto should have stopped the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudinho do Vale made a kick off. The supporters of Vasco FC booed when Bezerros EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fernando Peixoto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alim Akkaya's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudinho do Vale in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franklin Bittencourt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th minute, Vasco FC's Aan 典韦 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Carlos Mazza got free with Luiz Fernando Peixoto in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franklin Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clóvis Camargo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Franklin Bittencourt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clóvis Camargo went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bezerros EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Geovanni Queirós was slow to take the kick. During this time Vasco FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Vasco FC's corner Geovanni Queirós fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luiz Fernando Peixoto quite easily take care of the ball. Bezerros EC's Luiz Fernando Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alim Akkaya in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Bezerros EC booed when Vasco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. 陆朋超 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 陆朋超 hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute of the match Kléber Paiva shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franklin Bittencourt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Bezerros EC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Donato Ceresso hit a great ball. Bezerros EC's Luiz Fernando Peixoto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Bezerros EC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudinho do Vale in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal.
