The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Michael-Jan Schönberg hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Alain Berset could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Hans-Jürgen Pötscher made a huge save. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Berset, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alain Berset in the 12th minute of the match. Switzerland's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
